Scope and roles
The final agreement must define customer and GuestCurrent responsibilities, processing instructions and the services covered.
Security and confidentiality
The final agreement must document access controls, tenant separation, incident handling and personnel confidentiality obligations.
Subprocessors and transfers
Verified infrastructure and service providers will be listed on the subprocessors page. Transfer terms require legal review.
Deletion and return
Commercial retention, export, deletion and offboarding commitments remain to be agreed before launch.
